Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@prayandchill.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or you received the wrong item:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective,

  • damaged, or

  • you received the wrong item.

This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

For defective or damaged items, please include photos so we can verify the issue quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital products or downloadable items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as sale

Additionally, items returned with signs of wear, washing, damage, odor, or missing components may not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

To qualify, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you’ll need proof of purchase.

In compliance with EU law:

  • We will refund the item cost and the cost of standard shipping from us to you.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
